Dr. Judith Noel is board certified in Family Medicine with Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Noel received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry at Queens College of the City University of New York. She completed her medical school training at Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, New York in 1973.

Dr. Noel completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Florida/Alachua General Hospital in 1976. She has been practicing in this area since 1981 doing both office practice and hospital care.

Dr. Narendra C. Patel is Board Certified in three specialties – Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care Medicine.

He received his medical degree from NHL Municipal Medical College, India and completed residency training in General Surgery from KEM School of Post Graduate Medicine, India. He is Board Certified in surgery in India. He also received surgical training for three years from Sinai Hospital & St. John Hospital, Detroit, Michigan.

He then completed residency training in Family Medicine at the University of North Dakota.

With extensive training and experience, he is uniquely qualified to provide high quality medical care and office surgery/procedures.

Dr. Patel has been in private practice in Pasco County for many years.

Sonal Patel, MD

Sonal Patel MD is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and she has specialized in Geriatric Care in Tampa for the last 11 years.

Dr. Sonal Patel was born in Chicago, IL and she moved to South Florida at the age of 6.

Dr. Patel was Valedictorian of her high school in Fort Pierce and she gained a full scholarship to University of Florida. She went on to study medicine abroad in Europe and graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Poland. She performed her clinical rotations in Brooklyn, New York.

Her medical education was rounded with completion of residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, NY. Dr Patel's exceptional care provided to her patients is based on a combination of listening and creating a mutually conceived plan of care with her patients.

She is compassionate and understanding, yet is up to date with current medicine through continued medical education.

He did his undergraduate training at Creighton University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Pirrello completed a three year residency in Family Medicine at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Ravi received his medical degree in Internal Medicine from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalo, India and completed his residency training at both Detroit General hospital and Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Ravi has been serving patients in Pasco County since 1978.

Dr. Talanga is board certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Lake Earie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency in Hudson, Florida at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point where he was recognized for his leadership abilities by being named Chief Resident of Internal Medicine and being voted Resident of the Year by his peers. Dr. Talanga holds hospital privileges at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Trinity Medical Center, and Morton Plant North Bay.

Dr. Talanga’s care philosophy is simple: treat every patient as family. He focuses heavily on patient education and believes that well-informed patients will make healthier choices in life. Dr. Talanga’s goal is to provide the best care possible. He makes sure the patient’s needs come first, and he strives to provide the best medical care to obtain the utmost in patient satisfaction.

Dr. Talanga grew up in New Port Richey and is therefore, passionate about providing services to the community of West Pasco. He is married to Molly, and they have one daughter, Elenora. His hobbies include swimming at Honeymoon Island beach, biking the Pinellas Trail, Boating, and playing tennis.

Daniel A. Terrone, DO

Dr. Daniel Terrone is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Terrone received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1984. He worked in Aerospace Engineering until he decided to return to school to become a physician. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998.

After medical school, Dr. Terrone completed one year of an Osteopathic rotating internship. In 2002, he finished three years of training in Internal Medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York.

Dr. Terrone moved to the Tampa Bay area and established his practice with Medical Associates of West Florida in 2003.

Navin K. Yadlapalli, MD

Navin K. Yadlapalli, MD, practiced as a hospitalist and an assistant professor of medicine at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York. Prior to that Dr. Yadlapalli served as a hospitalist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and as an instructor in medicine at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Yadlapalli received his degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-medicine from Pennsylvania State University. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Yadlapalli has published articles on back pain and infertility. He has always been interested in medical education, nutrition, and exercise. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2014.

Shannon Burgos, FNP-BC

Family Nurse
Shannon Burgos, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse practitioner, and she has worked in the nursing field for the last 10 years.

Shannon was born in Riverside, CA and moved to the Tampa Bay area at the age of 9. She began her nursing career in healthcare administration before becoming a certified nurse's aide and beginning her life-long goal of becoming a nurse. She became a licensed practical nurse and worked full-time while obtaining her undergraduate degree and graduate degrees over the next several years. She graduated from Keiser University of Florida in June of 2021.

Shannon's exceptional care is rooted in her passion for the field and genuine love for helping others. She offers a holistic approach to patient care combined with the most up-to-date evidenced-based research and treatment. Her passion in nursing is improving health literacy through patient education.

Theresa Haffner, MSN, ARNP-C

Terri Started her career in the health field as a Registered Nurse, graduating Class President from Pasco Hernando Community College in 1990. In 2002, she graduated from the University of South Florida as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner and the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network.

Terri volunteers her time for the Good Samaritan Free Health Clinic of Pasco County Inc., and is a member of the executive Board of Directors. She also interned at the USF Gerontology Institute for Alzheimer’s disease. She is an adjunct faculty preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students at the University of South Florida, the University of Tampa and South University of Tampa, Florida.

Originally form Philadelphia; she has lived in Florida for more than thirty years. Terri and her husband enjoy travel, fine dining, spectator sports and arts and culture.
